Terms of Use

These Terms will form a binding agreement between each user and the legal entity operating MakoAngel once that entity is identified in the final version. By creating an account or using the platform after launch, a user will agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

Pre-launch access may be changed, suspended or withdrawn while the service is being developed. Users must be legally capable of entering a contract and must provide accurate account information.

MakoAngel provides technology for business-opportunity discovery, seller-prepared listings, watchlists, messaging, organization administration, moderation workflows and permissioned diligence coordination.

Unless MakoAngel expressly enters a separate written agreement stating otherwise, it is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, valuation provider, law firm, accounting firm, escrow agent, custodian, lender, payment processor or party to a transaction. It does not guarantee a listing, user, document, valuation, outcome or return.

One person must use one authentic identity. A user may activate more than one role, but Buyer, Seller and Investor access may require separate plans. Credentials may not be shared.

Organization owners and administrators control membership within the permissions made available to them and are responsible for inviting authorized persons only.

• Keep contact and verification information accurate.
• Protect passwords, devices and authentication factors.
• Report suspected compromise promptly.
• Do not impersonate another person or misstate authority to represent an organization.

Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, currency and substantiation of listing information. Moderation checks presentation and policy alignment; publication is not verification, endorsement or a representation that a business is saleable.

Buyers and investors must independently verify all claims, ownership, financial information, liabilities, intellectual property, traffic, customers, contracts and transferability.

Messaging and diligence rooms are for legitimate opportunity-related collaboration. Access is permissioned and may be removed. Users must share only information they are authorized to disclose and should redact unnecessary personal or sensitive data.

Activity history supports accountability but is not a complete legal record. Users must maintain their own records and engage appropriate advisers.

Final plan prices, taxes, renewal intervals and cancellation mechanics will be shown before payment. Activating a new role may require a separate subscription. No hidden role conversion or preselected paid add-on should be used.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Payment capability must remain disabled until these commercial details and the payment provider are finalized.

MakoAngel may restrict access to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law or enforce policy. Appeals and grievance channels will be published before launch.

The final version will include legally reviewed warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute venue and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing will exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
